There are some provinces that don't go in the new Argentina summer time time:
CATAMARCA
LA RIOJA
MENDOZA
SALTA
SAN JUAN
SAN LUIS
LA PAMPA
NEUQUEN
RIO NEGRO
CHUBUT
SANTA CRUZ
TIERRA DEL FUEGO, ANTARTIDA E ISLAS DEL ATLANTICO SUR
