Bugzilla Bug 24291

Hello!
My name is Marc Hildebrand. I'm a gentoo-user since May last year, a linux user
since end of '95.
After my journey through about 20 distributions I think (know) that gentoo is
the right stuff for me.
In the last months I tried to contribute to the community in giving the aid and
advice I could give in the forums (nick: zypher) and writing ebuilds. (For
example the media-video/avidemux series or media-sound/protux,
media-sound/hydrogen and several others that found their way into the official
portage-tree mostly unchanged).
Now I feel I'd like to proceed in my effort and maybe bug-wrangling is what I
could do best.
Some facts about me:
Born 07.07.1970, living in Cologne, Germany and working as linux-teacher, Senior
Consultant and CTO of our small company (www.lihs-gmbh.de) for about nine years.
My machines:
Athlon-XP 2200+ with gentoo (~x86), opendarwin and XP.
Dell Latitude CptV466GT (Cel 466) with gentoo (~x86)
Coppermine 850 Server, gentoo (x86)
My interests are (professionally) wide-spread, I use the server-stuff
(mail,smb,www,fax,games) and the desktop-stuff.
My free time is mostly spent on testing xfce4-cvs (the ebuilds are not mine but
changed by me for my needs), playing q3 and (most of my time) trying to use my
linux machines as sound and video workstations.
This is where I did most ebuilds and what I'd like to "wrangle", but I'm also
open to other, maybe even unknown areas.
So if you need another bug-wrangler, I'd love to be of use! ;)
