Description:   Opened: 2008-10-10 23:22 0000 
The pulseaudio-0.9.13 ebuild doesn't contain a build dependency on
autoconf-2.62 and the build crashes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. unmask pulseaudio-0.9.13
2. try emerging it
3. emerge required portage, eselect and eselect-news
4. emerge pulseaudio again

Actual Results:  
portage doesn't complain about missing autoconf-2.62 dependency and the build
crashes

Expected Results:  
pulseaudio emerges correctly
