Bugzilla Bug 239991

dev-java/ibm-jdk-bin-1.4.2.11 won't emerge. After going to IBM's site,
downloading the requested file IBMJava2-SDK-AMD64-1.4.2-11.0.x86_64.tgz I get
the following error message:

I downloaded the file twice to eliminate the possibility of a bad download.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download BMJava2-SDK-AMD64-1.4.2-11.0.x86_64.tgz from IBM's site
2.Copy the file to /usr/portage/distfiles
3.Block versions of 1.5 or higher in package.mask
4 emerge dev-java/ibm-jdk-bin

Actual Results:
