syslog-ng has a new stable release

The source package incorrectly looks for dbi-0.8.pc instead of the libdbi
standard dbi.pc file name.  An update for libdbi is required to create the
proper dbi.pc file

Attached is the ebuild and a configure.in patch to correct the libdbi pkgconfig
file name.

2.1.1 has known issues.  I'll check the next version and maybe pick that one
up.
