Bugzilla Bug 237320

This version of KDMTheme seems to not work any more. I previously had KDMTheme
working just fine on two machines and now they both do not work. You can
install, select and preview a theme, but the theme does not appear on the login
screen, instead defaulting to whatever is selected in KDE's login screen
section in the control center. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge kdmtheme (version 1.2.2)
2. Open control center and apply a theme
3. Logout to see login screen

Actual Results:  
Background and normal login dialogue.

Expected Results:  
Login theme just selected.
