Please stabilize net-fs/davfs2-1.3.0.

genstef's ~/.away contains "Feel free to fix my packages".

net-fs/davfs2-1.1.4 (the newest stable version) will be broken soon, when
net-misc/neon-0.28.3 is stabilized in Bug #236128.

net-fs/davfs2-1.3.0 uses a patch which adds support for net-misc/neon-0.28*.
