libofx 0.8.3 does not compile with GCC 4.3

libofx-0.8.3-gcc43.patch

This fixes the build failures simply by adding newly-required includes where
appropriate.

Non-solution, Gnucash+aqbanking+libofx-0.9.0 cannot be made to live together in
harmony.
