I am replacing tetex v3 with texlive 2007. pidgin-latex depends on
virtual/tetex which does not exist, it should be virtual/latex-base, so it will
work with tetex and texlive.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Mask tetex & ptex
2. merge texlive
3. try to merge pidgin-latex

Actual Results:  
It fails with unsatified dependecy to tetex.

Expected Results:  
It should merge when texlive is installed.
