with netcdf USE flag enabled configure script does not found netcdf in the path
and grace is built without netcdf support
does not append with grace-5.1.21

Sorry.

This is surely a minor bug.
When updating xmgrace with 5.1.21-r1 ebuild, with netcdf use flag enabled,
netcdf support is not built any more.

When looking at the output of the configure script, netcdf library is not found
which cause the problem. I don't know if it is related to the ebuild or to the
configure script in itself as I don't really know how to write an ebuild yet.

When downgrading with 5.1.21 ebuild netcdf support is built again.
Hope I am clear enough.
