Bugzilla Bug 228157

Something changed in recent kgcc64 ebuilds. With the new
sys-devel/kgcc64-4.2.4, it installs in a seperate slot from
sys-devel/kgcc64-4.1.2, and causes collisions on /usr/bin/powerpc64-linux-cpp
and /usr/bin/powerpc64-linux-gcc.
