app-admin/passwordmanager:libchipcard - enables the support of chipcards
instead of using a master password.
app-admin/passwordmanager:kwalletemu - enables the kwallet-emulation layer.

This is an ebuild for the 1.0.2-Version. I changed the old ebuild in a major
way, so that it is much shorter than before because it uses the kde.eclass
better.

Perhaps someone finds it helpful.
