Description:   Opened: 2008-05-08 19:41 0000 
in new kernel block devices are in /sys/class/block too and block devices are
populatet as char devices and this make truble.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
depend on kernel configuration
Actual Results:  
for example sda ist reported as char device major 8 minor 0.

NEEDINFO. This should be addressed already in ~arch busybox. You also never
stated which version you are having problems with.

I have busybox 1.10.1-r2 installed.

In new busybox release 1.10.2 this patch is not in, but in revision 21955.

Fixed in 1.10.3 (vanilla), see bug #226101.
