R-1.7.0.ebuild sets:
myconf="${myconf} --with-tcltk --with-tcl-config=/usr/lib --with-tk-config=/usr/lib"
It needs to be set to:
myconf="${myconf} --with-tcltk --with-tcl-config=/usr/lib/tclConfig.sh
--with-tk-config=/usr/lib/tkConfig.sh"
for correct configure detection. Otherwise tcltk package is not installed.
