Robert Buchholz report that aterm 1.0.1 is vulnerable to the same DISPLAY issue as rxvt, http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.security.oss.general/107/focus=173 "rxvt 2.6.4 opens an xterm on :0 if the DISPLAY environment variable is not set, which might allow local users to hijack X11 connections."
