Bugzilla Bug 219576

I had to re-run revdep-rebuild but I cannot recompile pyclamav. I suspect it
used to compile against an older version of clamav.

pyclamav-0.4.1 is released and is reported to fix this issue:

"Has been tested to works with libclamav up to version 0.93.0 (and may be later
versions)"

Please, bump and request immediate stabilization for x86 arch as clamav-0.93 is
already stable due to security bug #213762.

pyclamav-0.4.1 is in CVS.
Requested stable on bug 221937.
