Description:   Opened: 2008-04-11 06:52 0000 
CGI.pm 3.29 included in recent portage tree has problems with uploading files
in UTF-8 mode -> no file is created, after upgrading to a recent version (3.35)
the problems disappears
discovered while using openwebmail

Reproducible: Always
