Sadly, this great lib is standing at 1.0.5 in portage, now ten version past at
1.5.0 (with 1.4.2 being STABLE) it is time for a new ebuild
Attached is the current 1.5.0 build

We already have a bug tracking the need for a version bump.  Please attach any
updates there.
