unrar failed to compile rar.cpp 

array.hpp:78: error: `ErrHandler' undeclared (first use this function)


Resolution : 
  change rar.hpp 
move the include Files 
  #include "errhnd.hpp"
  #include "global.hpp"
to the top of the file

I did not have any problem compiling unrar 3.2.0_beta could you please post
your 
emerge info, please?

This also happens for me (trying to emerge unrar-3.1.3), when compiling with
gcc 
3.3 (the ebuild from the forum). The fix works though.
