Description:   Opened: 2008-04-04 13:26 0000
abiword-plugins-2.6 now supports collaboration. It can use dev-cpp/asio for
transport.
New use flag is needed for this dependency

------- Comment #1 From Gilles Dartiguelongue 2008-04-04 19:34:18 0000 -------
There is already a use flag for collaboration, it is jabber. asio was rejected
for now because it's too much headache due to not enough keywords right now and
it still being optional (I thought I wrote that in the ebuild or in the
changelog).

------- Comment #2 From Gilles Dartiguelongue 2008-04-04 19:35:10 0000 -------
hence closing as later.

------- Comment #3 From nebojsa 2008-04-04 19:53:12 0000 -------
If there is no asio library there will be no collaborate menu in abiword, hence
even jabber won't be available

------- Comment #4 From Gilles Dartiguelongue 2008-04-04 20:32:25 0000 -------
wrong, the menu is here for me while I don't have asio installed at all. The
dep is purely optional, read the configure.ac and m4 macros if you can't
convince yourself :)
