Bugzilla Bug 214813

Gnucash does not compile on my system due to non-build library
gnc-backend-file-utils.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge gnucash
2. tried with different version of gnucash, enabled gnome use-flag
3. same result with emerge failure

Actual Results:  
Will not compile

Expected Results:  
Should compile and be running
