emerge =media-gfx/graphviz-2.18 exits with an error message on my amd64. 
Use flags:

Could you please attach the complete output log of the build? I am totally
unable to reproduce.

By the way, the error seems to be architecture-unspecific: same happens on my
IBM Thinkpad x31 with Pentium-M...

This issue should be fixed in media-gfx/graphviz-2.18, the R-bindings are
disabled for now.
