Hi,

Time to stabilize blas-goto for the first time. src_test should work. To test
once installed, one possibility is to "eselect blas set goto" then test
sci-libs/lapack-reference.

I have a Core 2 Duo and I see the following on compilation:
"-DNUM_CORES=1 -DCORE_CORE2", maybe it should be -DNUM_CORES=2

Also: see bug #213259.

Anyway, it passes tests and seem to work with USE="-debug -doc -int64 -threads"
and USE="int64 threads -debug -doc", then stable on amd64.
