Description:   Opened: 2008-02-25 20:53 0000 
The only other file from geotiff in /usr/lib64, is libgeotiff.a. There is
nothing for libgeotiff.so to link to.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge libgeotiff
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
libgeotiff installs without creating libgeotiff.so.1

Expected Results:  
No missing /usr/lib64/libgeotiff.so.1
