Description:   Opened: 2002-04-25 22:37 0000 
tk 8.3.3 ebuild is trying to find the matching tcl 8.3.3 ebuild,
but since the tcl ebuild is now at 8.3.3-r1, it fails and won't install.

the fix is to edit the ebuild to be able to locate ebuild revs,
