Tellico 1.3 has been released 29 January 2008. plese bump it.

Tellico-1.3 has not the same test function of the patch for 1.2x version,
but has two flaws:
first xdg_mimedir is not defined (easy to fix this),
second the build scripts use dcopidl which breaks the whole compilation.

For the second issue I found just this hack, substituting dcopidl with
dcopidlng, in this way tellico at least compiles. Please test it,
and any less hackish fix is well-accepted.

Ebuild for 1.3.1

Removes ${P}-disable_formattest.patch (USE="yaz -arts -calendar -cddb -debug
-xinerama" works for me) and desktop file modification (fixed in upstream
already). Diff against 1.2.14.
