I just remove old bashism fix patch from ebuild because it don't work with new
version of STLport. But patching is still needed for systems in which /bin/sh
is not symlink to bash.

disable pesky warnings with -D_STLP_DEBUG and -Wall

I've been using STLport-5.1.5 for a while now and it has
been working great (current 5.1.3 ebuild minus the bashism patch
works fine). 
In addition, I've been using the above patch in my personal overlay 
which gets rid of tons of pesky warnings regarding the undefined
__facet parameter when using -D_STLP_DEBUG and -Wall. They have
have been driving me nuts for a while now since it is fairly hard
to spot warning in your own code. A similar patch has been committed
to debian's tree [1].
