pyicq-t has no stable version atm, been in the tree (and in use by me and many
others) long enough, requesting stabilization.

nevow is a dependency of pyicq-t.

I've tried both 0.9.29 and 0.9.18 and both pass FEATURES="test" on amd64
stable...  will require some deeper look.

Please go ahead with pyicq-t-0.8b (and amd64 needs to stabilize one version of
nevow, probably take 0.9.31).
