Description:   Opened: 2007-12-26 12:00 0000
Rails 2.0.2 wont install because of a problem with a dependency,
Activesupport-2.0.2.

It is looking for the file activesupport-2.0.2.gemspec which is not created.
There does however exist the file activesupport-2.0.2-.gemspec (note the extra
'-').

This package is hardmasked so perhaps I am not supposed to report this ... ?

Anyway, heres the error:

>>> Install activesupport-2.0.2 into /var/tmp/portage/dev-ruby/activesupport-2.0.2/image/ category dev-ruby

nobrow, if a package is hard-masked it usually either because it has not been
tested yet, or there are known problems. Before reporting a bug it is then
always a good idea to check out the actual masking message in
/usr/portage/profiles/package.mask, which would have led you straight to
#202688.
