Description:   Opened: 2007-11-30 00:42 0000 
The new version of the compat libs forgets to add a profile in /etc/env.d/
which updates LDPATH to include /usr/lib32/libstd++-v3 in /etc/ld.so.conf so
things like  libstdc++.so.5.x.x can be found.

This breaks things like CUPS printer drivers which still never seem to get
added to portage.
