Description:   Opened: 2007-11-21 10:11 0000 
gthumb is significantly out of date.  Please bring it at least up to version
2.10 from 2.8.1; that is fix whatever is causing newer builds to be masked.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge gthumb
2.get version 2.8.1
3.

Actual Results:  
version 2.8.1 emerged correctly, but not the latest version.

Expected Results:  
version 2.10

probably a duplicate of another bug which I cannot find.

Gentoo advertises itself as cutting edge; using old versions isn't cutting
edge.

For reference, Gentoo has had gthumb-2.10.x since 4th of August in the cutting
edge unstable tree.
