Bugzilla Bug 199272

emerging wine will failure due to the libperl-5.8.8-r1.tbz2._checksum_failure.
I even tried changing mirrors and everything. Including deleting everything in
/usr/portage/distfiles, resyncing and then trying to re-emerge the package

Reproducible: Always

This is what happens when i try to run emerge -f wine after removing everything
from /usr/portage/distfiles

Has nothing to do w/ baselayout.
