that's what happens when you clone a bug. please ignore the 0.5.5 above - 1.10
is the new version ;)

note that tcllib-1.9 doesn't work with tcl-8.5.0 (e.g. it breaks amsn)

tcl-8.5.0 should block <=tcllib-1.9
