Bugzilla Bug 194828

Since gentoo renamed the httpd executable to apache2, the httpd man page
(including references to httpd) should be renamed too. Now the man page is
installed as httpd which is not consistent!

Steps to Reproduce:
man apache2
Actual Results:  
No manual entry for apache2

Expected Results:  
The same as what happens now when executing man httpd
