Bug 194103 – option to not start xscreensaver when starting xfce4

when i start xfce4 i do not want xscreensaver to start
but i do want to have it installed
so this patch to the xinitrc
(installed path) /etc/xdg/xfce4/xinitrc
(source path) source/xinitrc
enables that option

Reproducible: Always

You need to open a bug in http://bugs.xfce.org and add link to opened bug here as this is more a feature request than a bug.

Once this is done, we can add your patch unless upstream says they don't want it.
