Bugzilla Bug 193431

mail-client/mail-notification-4.1 has been in the tree since January and does
not have any open bugs against it. This version of mail-notification also
supports evolution 2.10 which is now stable on most arches.

uhm... which tree would that be? I've just sync'ed this morning and 4.1 wasn't
in the resulting portage tree. Or is it 4.0 that you want stabled?

Eek. Yes, please stabilize mail-notification-4.0, and apologies for the
confusion.

4.1 got put in the tree today but should be tested first. We'll need it when
forthcoming evolution versions go stable and thinking about that got me
confused.

It doesn't work with evolution-2.12.0, evolution isn't detected.

Helmut, could you indicate which version does not work with evolution 2.12, as
there was some confusion over version numbers in the bug.

I tried 4.0 and 4.1

mail-notification 4.1 should be able to pick up evolution 2.12. If this doesn't
work then please open a separate bug for it and include the output from the
emerge as an attachment.
