Bugzilla Bug 193300

netcdf usually doesn't compile with MAKEOPTS="-j2" because of a race condition
in creating/using f90 .mod files. I guess putting -j 1 into ebuild would fix
the problem. Alternatively it would be nice to have /etc/portage/package.env
file with the line:
sci-libs/netcdf MAKEOPTS="-j1"

Using:

MAKEOPTS="-j1" emerge netcdf

works just fine!
