Unfortunately this is broken in Xorg 1.3. You'd have to upgrade to the unstable 1.4 or downgrade back to the previous version.
Created attachment 131286 [details, diff] Export symbols in xserver 1.3 This patch fixes the problem for Xorg 1.3 servers, so at least the ebuild can apply this and it'll make 1.3 work again.
