Bugzilla Bug 190311

When emerging bfilter compilation fails complaining about missing
libboost_regex-mt. The problem is that dev-libs/boost needs to be compiled with
the threads use flag enabled. Enabling threads and reemerging boost fixes the
problem.
The bfilter ebuild should check if boost is compiled with threads enabled and
tell the user what to do if it isn't.

Damn! Guess I was tired by the 4+ hours effort to make bfilter work with the
external boost library :(
