The change from sci-libs/gsl-1.9 to sci-libs/gsl-1.9-r1 introduced a dependency
on app-admin/eselect-cblas which isn't in the tree yet.

app-admin/eselect-cblas is in portage now, this should be closed.

Where can I find it in the prefix tree? The current sci-libs/gsl-1.10 still
requires the missing app-admin/eselect-cblas.
