Bugzilla Bug 189482

cdrkit links against libcap (if present), but doesn't appear to be in RDEPEND.
Thus, when merging binary packages, the library is missing and cdrkit (at least
/usr/bin/wodim) is going to complain about it:

  $ /usr/bin/wodim
  /usr/bin/wodim: error while loading shared libraries: libcap.so.1: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory
