Bugzilla Bug 189442

I realize that beagle 0.2.17 hasn't been in the tree for a month yet, but it
contains a metric ton of bug fixes. One specific issue is that previous
versions of beagle only know how to deal with libexif.so.10.

media-libs/libexif-0.6.16 installs libexif.so.12 and is currently the only
version in CVS. This means that indexing of images with beagle is currently
broken for everyone on a stable profile. Moreover, my observation is also that
beagle has much more memory issues when it encounters IndexHelperExceptions, so
with a broken libexif beagle isn't running very smoothly.
