 Not necessarily...arches, there was no ok from maintainers, but I think it is
good to go.  KDE, Gnome, Xfce and so on?  Anything to say against it?

0.13 is not good to go?  Or do you better want 0.14 with fixed Emacs support?

0.13 follows desktop entry spec 1.0, but emacs support in it is outdated
