Description:   Opened: 2007-08-10 15:15 0000
I have a headless backend server, and I can no longer run mythtv-setup or
indeed mythfrontend. I get a segmentation fault. This is using the latest
stable mythtv-0.20.1_p14146 but the problem has been occuring for much longer
than this. Problem happens with remote OS X X11 server, and Hummingbird Exceed
on Windows.

I think the problem is described here http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/3401

Can the small patch be integrated into the gentoo ebuild? Cheers :)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. export DISPLAY=remote:0
2. mythtv-setup

Actual Results:
calculon mythtv # mythtv-setup
Xlib: extension "XInputExtension" missing on display "monkey:0.0".
