"me too. not sure if i should edit the ebuilds regarding this (?)" maybe gcc > 4.1 should block your ebuilds. anyway, i've tried your last ebuilds, they work just fine. Will they make their way into portage ?
(In reply to comment #13) > "me too. not sure if i should edit the ebuilds regarding this (?)" > maybe gcc > 4.1 should block your ebuilds. I updated the ebuilds some time ago to check if a gcc-4.1 with "d" useflag is available. Should work quiet good i hope :) > anyway, i've tried your last ebuilds, they work just fine. Will they make their > way into portage ? hehe i hope so :) But this is not my decision.

This is the one aba-game that compiles sucessfully but segfaults after startup on amd64.
Thanks, Ben for testing all these ebuilds under amd64! Maybe the segfault comes from the lousy method, the prefs file is installed. Maybe a simple re-emerge fixes this already. Maybe you would like to try HIZ' great torustrooper fork torustrooper-pure: http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=185585

I thought of that, and tried several re-emerges, as well as some tweaking, but that didn't fix the issue. > Maybe you would like to try HIZ' great torustrooper fork > torustrooper-pure: > http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=185585 I'll it a whirl.
