Description:   Opened: 2007-07-14 22:51 0000 
Same symptoms as bug 177424.  To make matters worse, the only ebuild that
works, 0.8_rc1-r2, has been removed from Portage.  If any poor sucker gets
nailed by this bug, he's not going to be able to back down to something that
stands a chance of working.

If 177424 is still an active bug, then please feel free to mark this as
duplicate, and I'll make entries there.

Yeah, it's still open. Please, direct your complaints there. The old ebuild are
