Bugzilla Bug 185201

Hi,

Package net-misc/asterisk-1.2.21.1 refused to compile if bri flag is not set
and net-libs/bri is not installed (possible because asterisk only
'bri'-conditionnaly depends on net-libs/bri package.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to update asterisk to the 1.2.21.1 with 'bri' not in use flags and bri
not installed
Actual Results:  
emerge crash
