When i try to attach a patch file to the bug #180510 it fails:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.View bug 180510
2.Select "Create a New Attachment"
3.Give file name and press "Submit"

Actual Results:  
Error message as shown above

Expected Results:  
Attch file to bug.

I tried it 5 days ago and today. So it seems not being an itermediate bug.
