There is a new version of EagleCAD available from Cadsoft.

Renaming the existing ebuild from eagle-4.16_p1 to eagle-4.16_p2 works.

Done, thanks for the notification.  I don't know how this slipped under my
radar!

Note that if you had USE="doc" you should re-emerge the package as the manual
has been updated.
