Bugzilla Bug 179036

Arch teams, please test sys-apps/portage-2.1.2.7 and mark it stable.  This
release includes fixes for all regressions that have been discovered since
2.1.2.2 was stabilized (see bug 172589 for a list).  In particular, the java
team (bug 163262) and the kde team (bug 176765) are both interested in having
these fixes available in a stable version of portage.
